Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties

BUYER: The buyer's name, delivery and billing addresses, phone number, email and other order information are those supplied during ordering and shown in the order confirmation.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically at soulbychi.com and the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and related law. The order summary, product name and main features, quantity, price, taxes, delivery charge, payment method and order total form part of this agreement.
3. Product and price information
The product's main features, colour, option, quantity and price appear on its page and before order completion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include applicable taxes. Delivery and any other lawful additional costs are shown before payment. Natural leather and suede can vary in tone, grain, pores and texture; these characteristics alone are not manufacturing defects. Rights regarding faulty goods remain reserved.
4. Payment
The buyer pays using a method offered at checkout. For instalments, the number of instalments, total payable and any bank or provider financing charge are displayed before completing the transaction.
5. Preparation and delivery
Some standard collection products may be made in the workshop after ordering rather than continuously stocked. Estimated preparation and delivery information is provided on the site or during ordering. Subject to statutory exceptions, delivery must not exceed the legal maximum period. Available tracking details are sent after dispatch. Under applicable law, the seller is responsible for transport loss or damage until delivery to the buyer or the third party designated by the buyer.
6. Withdrawal
Except where a statutory exception applies, the buyer may withdraw without a reason or penalty within 14 days after receiving the product. Withdrawal is also possible before delivery. Send a clear statement to soulbychi@gmail.com. Including the order number, buyer's name and relevant product helps us process it.
7. Returns
After notifying withdrawal, the buyer returns the product within the statutory period. The return carrier, costs and responsible party are stated in the pre-contract information. Rights concerning faulty goods remain reserved. The returned product should not be damaged beyond the use needed to inspect it.
8. Refunds
Following valid withdrawal, the seller refunds within the statutory period, using the payment method used for purchase and without additional cost to the consumer. Bank or payment-provider processing times may affect receipt.
9. Personalised goods
A statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods personalised or specially prepared beyond standard features to meet the buyer's individual requests or needs. A standard SoulByChi product made after ordering using existing designs and patterns is not personalised merely because it is made after the order. Any personalised production is clearly disclosed before order completion.
10. Faulty or damaged goods
Contact soulbychi@gmail.com if the goods arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect or do not meet the ordered specifications. The consumer's remedies under Law No. 6502 and related legislation remain reserved.
11. Disputes
Disputes may be referred to Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts and other competent authorities, subject to applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules.
12. Entry into force
Before completing the order, the buyer acknowledges seeing the pre-contract information on essential features, total price, delivery, payment and withdrawal, and that ordering creates an obligation to pay.
