This website is SoulByChi's online sales and information channel. These terms apply when you visit, browse products or place an order. They do not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

1. General

SoulByChi designs and sells bags and related products made from natural leather, suede and other materials. Many pieces may be prepared after ordering using our existing designs and patterns. You must have the legal capacity required to carry out your transaction.

2. Product information

Product pages show essential features, prices, options and descriptions. We aim to show realistic images, but screens, lighting and the character of natural materials can cause slight colour and texture differences. Grain, pores, surface and tonal differences in leather or suede can be natural. Your legal rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.

3. Prices

The applicable product price and any delivery or other charges are shown before payment. Taxes and the total payable are displayed at checkout in accordance with applicable law and sales conditions. If an obvious technical or system error shows an incorrect price or product detail, we inform you as soon as possible and act in accordance with the law.

4. Orders and contract formation

Check product, delivery and payment details before ordering. You are informed before completing payment that the order creates an obligation to pay. Order details may be sent electronically after receipt. Applicable law governs pre-contract information, withdrawal, delivery and other consumer rights in distance sales.

5. Production and preparation

Some pieces are prepared in our workshop after ordering using existing designs and patterns. A specific preparation or delivery time shown on the product page or during ordering applies to that product. We inform you as soon as possible of unusual production or delivery delays.

6. Payment

Available payment methods appear at checkout. Transactions may be subject to the payment method and provider's security and processing conditions. No payment beyond the order amount is imposed without your consent.

7. Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery conditions, available shipping options and details. Applicable consumer law governs delivery. You must provide accurate and complete delivery information.

8. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

See our Returns and Refunds Policy. Standard products being made after ordering does not alone remove the right of withdrawal. Statutory exceptions may apply to products specially prepared for an individual customer's requests or needs.

9. Intellectual property

Rights in the SoulByChi name, brand identity, original designs, website text, photographs, graphics and other content belong to their rights holders. Commercial copying, reproduction, publication or other use requires their permission.

10. Website use

Do not use the site for unlawful activities, threatening system security, distributing malware, infringing others' rights or disrupting normal operation.

11. Third-party services

Third-party technology may provide payments, shipping, analytics and other functions. Those providers' own terms and privacy practices may also apply to their services.

12. Personal data

Our Privacy Policy and related notices explain the processing and protection of personal data.

13. Force majeure

Applicable law governs events beyond the parties' reasonable control that temporarily or permanently affect performance.

14. Disputes

Turkish law applies to these terms and sales through the site. Consumers retain their rights to approach competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts and other authorities under applicable law.

15. Changes

SoulByChi may update these terms in accordance with the law. The current text takes effect when published. The conditions in force when an order is placed and incorporated into its contract govern that order.
