Returns and Refunds

SoulByChi takes care to prepare each piece and deliver it as expected. Many products are made in our workshop after ordering, using our existing designs and patterns.

Right of withdrawal

For standard collection products bought online, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the product, under applicable consumer law. Send written notice to info@soulbychi.com within that period, including your order number and contact details. Return the product within the statutory period after notifying us. Contact us before sending it for the return address and carrier instructions. Return shipping costs are governed by the information provided before purchase and applicable law.

Standard products made after ordering

Some pieces are not continuously held in stock. Making a product after an order, using our standard designs, measurements and patterns, does not by itself make it personalised or remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Personalised products

A statutory withdrawal exception may apply to products made to your individual requirements or personal needs, such as bespoke measurements, personalisation or modifications outside standard options. We clearly identify such products before you complete the order.

Natural leather and suede

Natural leather, suede and other materials may differ in grain, pores, texture, tone and colour transitions. Their appearance may develop with use and time. These differences are part of the material's character; pieces need not be mechanically identical. This does not limit your legal rights concerning manufacturing defects, faulty goods or non-conformity.

Condition of returned goods

Please return the product without damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and with its supplied parts and accessories where possible. Changes caused by lawful inspection during the withdrawal period do not alone remove the right of withdrawal.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Contact info@soulbychi.com if the item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order. If possible, include the order number and photographs explaining the issue. Your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and applicable legislation remain reserved.

Refunds

Valid withdrawals are refunded within the periods and conditions required by applicable law, using the original payment method unless the law provides otherwise. Bank or payment-provider processing times may affect when the money appears in your account.

Exchanges and contact

For another model, colour or option, contact info@soulbychi.com. Exchanges depend on the availability of the product and requested option. Contact the same address for returns, withdrawal, products and orders. Brand: SoulByChi. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
